Unfortunately I was disapointed with my recent purchase from RevZilla. I ordered an added shield and a bike helmet. Despite their site suggesting the helmet was in-stock, I was advised a day after I placed my order it was actually sold-out. Then when I requested to delete the balance of my own order (i.e. the shield) they told me it had already sent. So now I'm left with a shield for a helmet that I do not have and it isn't worth the price to send it back.... I'm sure my case proved to be unique one, but I will be keeping my options open when I purchase my next bike equipment...

Great collection. I had just one problem by having an order which was provided for me in California. They sent it but I was examined by the full time it got there. I guess it wasn't their fault because it was the resort who lost it but I wish delivery times weren't such a long time. I don't understand just why sometimes when I return things, I receive a charge card credit along with other times, most, I receive a credit at BTR. I wish it had been consistent.

I've ordered 4 pairs total from. The transport time, quality, and picks are amazing. I have small kids, and accidents occur, notably to Mother's things, so replacing eyeglasses is inexpensive now. I distribute the word about to anyone I know who needs glasses!
